Senior EPM at Apple salary expectations?
I plan on receiving an offer from Apple for a Senior EPM role in Seattle but I can’t find much on here or on levels.fyi in regards to how much pay should be expected for this type of role. Would TPM on Levels.fyi for ICT4, ICT5 be ‘correct’ for Seattle? https://www.levels.fyi/company/Apple/salaries/Technical-Program-Manager/. Always take their numbers n offers in writing and dont trust their verbal offer as they could anytime say sorry compensation is not working out
exactly - I just turned down an ICT3 TPM offer partly because of the lack of sending over a written offer. Also because I didn't want to relocate to Cupertino from the east coast.
ICT5 had received 279 K Year 1 Offer Base 175, RSU 225, 30K Sign-on. Politely declined.
Lol mine was ~370k including 70k sign-on, politely declined :)
