Senior Product Manager TC
Went through the entire interview process and they are going to send me an offer for a Product Manager/Senior Product Manager role. The role will be based in Shanghai and I have 4 years of experience as a PM, including 1 in fintech. They asked for my salary expectations. What would you say? #fintech #salary
I’m a P4, my comp with bonus is around $225k. I have like 10 years experience in tech. Our stock grants are worth peanuts now but I was offered over $120k over four years. Plus RSUs every year. After the stock dropped and taxes that’s like $20k.
That’s all Disney pays for 10+?
Yeah and I’m on the high end for my band too. On the plus side, I barely work
