Senior consultant role in Australia
Hello All, I have one of the offer from Australian Company where compensation is 54 LPA(1,00,000 AUD) and my work experience is 5+ years and Current CTC 13.15 LPA (23,973 AUD). My current country is India. For couple of months I need to work from offshore and during that time compensation will be 27 LPA (49,803 AUD). I am currently holding an offer of 30 LPA (54691 AUD) in India. Can you please provide some insights if this is the good compensation (54 LPA) (1,00,000 AUD) for my work experience in Australia? If not what should be the ideal compensation for my work experience in Australia?
