By offline I mean outside of your work. Do you still continue investing in your skill development, learning new tech stacks, etc? I feel I hardly have time for it now. I just learn what I can on the job and call it a day. The new generation of incoming engineers are much more motivated and high spirited with regards to this. All the time. Never stop learning. Technology is always evolving. We'll not really all the time I only watch a video or when when I'm brushing in the morning or eating breakfast/lunch. Not a lot but goes a long way

The man I love hates me because I’m Vietnamese
It’s just part of the cycle. Those highly enthusiastic juniors will burn out and get bored or tired of the constant learning when they become senior and make more money. For me I strictly only program for money/on job time. Time outside of that is spent on passion hobbies that don’t include programming
