You’re an independent contractor now? I would be concerned about increased travel with ACN. If it’s an internal role I would skip altogether. Are you prepared for more politics and admin work?

Yes I am an independent contractor just worried about career growth. Appreciate your warnings. Can I reach out to you for any MS openings?

Accenture boredman Jan 11

Don’t come to accenture.

Autodesk zwoS30 OP Jan 11

Could you let me know why?

Accenture AQvr37 Jan 11

What location is that Tc for? Not all senior manager roles have travel but there is constant pressure to meet targets.

Would all senior managers run multiple projects and have direct reports to manage?

Accenture AQvr37 Jan 12

BTW that’s a good TC. What’s the breakdown ?

In accenture I don't think sm gets paid what you are earning now

A better question may be why you like working for other people? Because two of your options are diametrically opposed to the first. A smarter approach is to scale up in the LLC where you are not an individual contributor. Many videos on YT on how to do this. Ask Alex hormozi for example. If you’re a true ninja, you can create an offering that you can license out. You honestly have experience, so why not work smarter than harder?
