I have been working in PayTm Lending. 1. PayTm doesn't have a proper compensation structure, I know someone who was hired for SSE for just 12LPA having 4YOE. But yes they are paying everyone the same amount that you have got now. 2. WLB is mostly fine. Times get bad if you are deploying on production.
No it's lowball. Friend of mine got an Software engineer role with 2 yeo for 23 LPA. You should be getting 30 to 35 for 5yeo. Also wlb is not good and culture is horrible as you may have seen in so many posts.
If WLB is your concern then please stay away from Paytm. There is no stability here
