~5 YOE Bay Area This is what I got 175k base I think the max is $200k 45k annual grant (everyone gets this at this level you can’t change it) 55k new hire grant (I think you can move it up not sure how much..) 20k signon 20% yearly bonus Tc: 243k without signon My initial offer was like 220k without signon
Why leaving SoFi ? How is the TC 250k? Can you explain how will the annual grant and sign on grant work ?
175 + 20 + 35 100/3 = 33 It’s $243k my bad but every year you get an a new $45k grant this at year 3 it will be 190/3 = 63.33K lol it’s weird I know No I just wanted to see what was out there
