Series A Startup offer

Being at Nordstrom as Engineer Sr 1 for 4 years and stuck in growing opportunities. Interviewing for 2 months, and got 1 offer from a series A Startup in Dallas called RewardStyle LTK Offer from RewardStyle: Staff Engineer 170k base with at least 10% annual bonus + performance bonus Equity: 500 share stock options Current TC at Nordstrom: $155k base No RSU Bonus is ambiguous now, since Nordstrom had bad last year due to Covid-19 Although the digital business is growing well, but still not cover from the lost of retail store. Before pandemic, the bonus used to be 15-25%, the highest I got is 2 yr ago, with TC $195k Last year with bonus, TC is $175k This year has no bonus … All are fully remote working position I’m located in Austin, TX Have 9 years experience. I used to work in Startup previously, I know stock options is mostly nothing before company IPO and going to public. The RewardStyle looks promising in business and have growing potential. Even it is still in series A, but it has 250 employees now and started the business for 10 years. The offer looks good enough to make the move, but I still have some ongoing interviews with Apple in different teams, and got second round and first round tech interviews. Wondering should I accept the Startup offer for now and continue interview with Apple? Or tell RewardStyle to wait and waiting on my interview results with Apple? And any tip to negotiate with the startup with more perks?
