Serious problem at amazon

Since we do not have a real refrsher but the big gap between existing employee vs new (eg sde2 gets paid around 270-300 while new one gets paid 350 in avg in hcol) we cant retain real workforce. What is wrong with hr? Ps Amazo gives refresher after 2yr(2024 pcs will get impactsd from your 2022 performance only if your tct is below the target tc. If your 2023 tc is lower than target comp given at 2021, you will get 0 rsu with 1-5% base hike HAHAHAHA)

Your numbers are off, existing top performers get ~370k and external ones are getting 400k+ offers for HCOL.

It's only a problem if a ton of tenured employees leave, which they won't, so its not a problem. Comp, like life, isn't fair.

Amazon knows this will get worse with a stagnant or declining stock. People will leave after 2 years because the 15% assumed growth is a scam
