What are some of the benefits apart from health insurance, 401k, and espp provided by ServiceNow? What are the tech items provided by them for workspace setup? What are some things around enrollment and requests should I take care of in the 1st week of joining? Hoping to join soon once background check is complete. San Diego location has large eng presence, if you can get there. In Bay Area. I wouldn’t even consider it. Pretty average place in terms of benefits and culture

Welcome to servicenow ! You get to choose your tech, but for Eng we’re all on 16” MacBooks. You can get accessories you want for it via the it catalog on the employee portal. For new hire tasks like enrollments and trainings, same thing everything should come up on the employee portal on your start date. Not really benefits but the spending allowance is nice (for team building and travel) and pre pandemic we were already work from home friendly, and should be even more so in the future. Most people I know also take advantage of the “unlimited” vacations. So do I.

Esposito enrollment: Jan and July. 15% discount on market price, up to 15% salary for enrollment.
How does the bonus look like at servicenow? My offer letter says 10% annually based on company's and individual performance.
Same. From reading other posts looks like this changed starting Jan 01, 2021. It was 5% higher before that.
Yep, I was expecting some sign on bonus or higher performance bonus. But then coming from Oracle I don't get to complain :D

While there are benefits, I don't recommend it as a good technical place to work. You can stay for some time and have good wlb
