Sexual Harassment at Waymo
#culture #inequality #waymo In re: to @waymo twitter post 7/9/20 it claims itself to be committed to be addressing inequality. + posted a video of women from Waymo talking about the “issue of inequality” and one woman said, “Yes we are making huge strides...but some people think we don’t have a problem.” Someone tweeted back to @waymo that they were a former employee fired for reporting sexual harassment. Would people of Waymo say... a) Waymo, as a whole, is “culturally aware” that this stuff is going on? or b) Would people of Waymo agree with the woman in the video, ... that some people don’t think Waymo has a problem with inequality? ref: https://twitter.com/waymo/status/1281274156554698753?s=21
Ah, yes @puncher . To clarify, it’s a q posed to emps of waymo based upon their gauge of the culture of their company I guess, to open it up to everyone else, too... what is your opinion about this topic at Illumina ( or insert w/e company you work at)
