So I have been working there for 2 years, come to find out that new hires are getting paid $2.50 more as entry level.
You will find this “shady” pay is the industry standard. New hires often get paid more than existing employees. Just google why, and there are many explanations which makes economic sense for the company. So either keep getting promoted or switch job, or just don’t worry about how much others are getting paid. By the way, intel hires till six months ago were getting more TC than employees who joined 5-6-7 year back. Intel would pay 115k to 125k to hardware engineers and wouldn’t give any stock. Last year new hires got anywhere between 145k to 160k with 100k to 150k RSU vesting in 3 years.
2.50 an hour or a year? Is this a satire post?
Exactly, someone care to explain?
OP is not very well versed with being sarcastic.
Loyalty is for suckers
lmao that’s every company
Yeah standard Tesla move. They know you won't walk away from your vesting. Otherwise leave and go back in a year as a staff.
