I stumbled upon a fascinating exercise to assess your company or organization's UX maturity score: https://bit.ly/ux-maturity-article. My organization (Google Cloud) stands at a Medium maturity level (67), reflecting my mixed-bag experience. I'm keen to learn about the UX maturity of other companies to make more informed decisions about potential career moves. Feel free to check out the exercise sheet and evaluate your company using this link: https://bit.ly/ux-maturity-questionnaire If you're interested, here's my assessment sheet: https://bit.ly/ux-maturity-google-cloud Let's exchange thoughts on our experiences!

Women, help me understand why this is inspirational
Dude if you’re a UXer you know the UX maturity of your company without a questionnaire.
Yeah but I don't know the other company's UX maturity. Often different orgs in the same company have different UX maturity. It would be nice to know that before you join a new company/org. Why wait till you get frustrated with the low maturity if you can learn more about that earlier. Now say I want to move from Google Cloud (score: 67) to Github (score: 73), I will know the maturity is probably similar, which will help me to make the decision if I want to make the move. Now imagine if there's a similar website like level.fyi for ux maturity, where you can search the UX maturity for any company or org, wouldn't that be awesome for your decision making? Thoughts?
Just assume UX maturity is low since it’s low in most places. You can learn everything you need to know by the interviewers responses to your targeted questions and by looking at the roles in the org.
