Akamai pays a lot more than I expected. Why you guys keep losing people with 10+ years of tenure, especially in the past 2 years?
Akamai’s attrition rate is actually quite low. I don’t think we are losing people any more than other companies. Akamai doesn’t pay as well as google, Facebook, amazon, etc but It probably pays better than most other Boston area companies.
Btw I’m curious. What did you expect the compensation was at Akamai?
