Shifting career from Cloud AWS Dbs to on prem

I am working as a senior DBA working for a company on Amazon AWS dbs like Mysql RDS Aurora, dynamo db and also working on mongo db atlas. In current company there are also few on prem dbs I am managing. Now, I got a very attractive opportunity in terms of money to work on sql server running on prem for a company. Should I switch from cloud dbs to work for the company having on prem sql server with their own data center? I have never worked on Microsoft SQL servers but passed the interview some how. Need guidance. #software
