Shopify offer vs. stay at Amazon

Currently L6 / Sr. PM at Amazon (TC: $265K, $200k worth of RSU still to vest for 2 more yrs). YOE:8 Trying to decide whether to stay at Amazon or jump to Shopify as Product Lead (one level up) but Shopify offer seems too low IMO (base $200k, $180k RSU over 3 yrs). This is after negotiating. Should I take the lower salary at Shopify to get a promotion in job title and role? What's better for long term? Also can you take an offer only to walk away later if something better comes along in a few weeks?
