Folks, how bad is this : 1 year company A 1 year company B 1 year company C Switch to Company D Should I instead be like 1 year company A 1 year company B 2 year company C Switch to Company D My current company pays peanuts, been here for a year I have meta and Netflix reaching out
I don’t hire people who only stick a year. It’s a waste of my and the team’s time. If I see 3 1 year in a row doesn’t matter how good you are. That means at best I’ll get 3-6month out of that person. 3m ramp up, 3m looking for something else. Total waste, shows also no commitment, once things go difficult, person jumps ship. Who hires those guys? Serious question. If someone has 1x3y and 2x 1y, I’d say ok happens. But 3x 1y lol no way
what about all the people who laid off ?

Question about women in their 30’s?
A year is long enough to stay at a company. Less than a year is fine if it’s once or only every so often. Repeated stints at companies for under a year is a red flag. Source; I’ve hired many, many people and this is my opinion.
ideally how long is less than a year ? Like at minimum ?
