Should I list business on resume?
I've owned a SCorp since 2015 that offers business and marketing consulting services for various industries including Tech. In the last 4 years I have contracted with a few Series A/B tech start-ups as a Growth Marketer and Product Marketing Consultant. I am re-entering the workforce after leaving my last role as Regional Marketing Manger in 2017 should I list my business on my resume? If so, what title should I list and should I list it first on resume? Is it frowned upon to have Founder/Chief Marketing Officer as title? Absolutely list it. I would list it as Owner, cjaepm's Marketing Solutions Inc. and include bullet points of examples of impactful work and projects you did for clients.

CMO would be tacky. Founder seems ok but if your company is 1 employee, that'd be weird. Maybe "Growth and Product Marketing Consultant". Definitely put it first on your resume though
