No stock growth Expect your salary to be same for next 4 years Performance review keeps getting cancelled at OCI and no bonus. So don't expect your salary to increase
I will get this TC at Salesforce if stock grows from 250 to 400.
Your call! Also, orcl is at 52 week high. So this salary is not guaranteed I would take this in worst case scenario. Operational load sucks, no good wlb, no growth yada yada yada
Solid offer
Ask for oracle sign on
They came with 200k base, 200k stocks, and 50k sign on. I pushed for higher stock in place of sign on.
Blind! You are killing me, votes are 50-50.
Only way left is a coin toss
Amazing stock grant at OCI but it is still Oracle For just 100k a year, I would not leave CRM for Orcl
Salesforce is just mini smaller Oracle. They donβt anything apart from crm software. OCI is much better and better problems to solve.
Salesforce wlb and culture is way better than OCI 100K which can reduce if orcl drops is bot worth losing them. Oncall is a nightmare and keeps getting worse and the reorgs
That's an incredible OCI offer for IC4, surely an exception, beats IC5 offers that I have seen. They must really really like you. But I would rather stay at CRM if you are happy. Not worth the risk with the move and heavily loaded RSU compensation.
Oracle's a very stable dividend stock, and the company's only been doing better and better. It hasn't been keeping up with the cloud market, but that looks more than priced in with Oracle's comparably tiny P/E. If anything, I'd be more worried about Salesforce taking a hit with the rest of hyped tech
Value investor I see This age is for growth investors

Oncall will be shitty
You mean 1.2M RSU? Thatβs pretty cool
Yes, 20k ORCL stocks worth 1.2M vesting over 4 years
