Should I take the offer?
My contract is ending soon so I am on the market. Recently received a verbal offer at Atlassian. I am still interviewing at a few companies but that will probably take a while. Wondering if this is a good offer (IMO the equity seems low). Also should I join, or continue looking for other companies? Low RSU cuz u are in zone c. Given u are coming from contract time I’d take it. However, please be warned that Atlassian is no longer what is used to be, so don’t listen to the recruiters sell you in the bullshit about values and how we do offsides 4 times a year (I haven’t even done an offsite in over 1.5 years) and the values are no longer upheld. There are still some good teams though but unfortunately way more toxic managers and leaders that Infect the culture below.

It’s very noticeable. I’ve been here awhile. What Atlassian used to be just 18 months ago is vastly different. There are still some good teams/orgs but they are a dime a dozen now. Yes I’m in US

It's hard to get any offer in this economy. Take it. You can always move on if you get a better offer. Congratulations on the offer and 100% remote.

Yes given p40 get 15% bonus. 36k/year RSU is not that bad for DE in zone C actually
I got almost the exact same offer but with very slightly higher RSU in zone b. Seems like you got a solid offer (but I think I was lowballed a bit)
Congrats! Mine is zone C but I'm still in Cali, so high taxes and COL. My recruiter was cool and landed me a higher base than what I asked for.
Market isn’t great at the moment. I would take the offer.
