Should i stick with JWN or take the offer from a health startup?

I am current working at Nordstrom based out of LA . Tc :$210k (164k base plus 25% bonus) I have an offer from health startup which has a current valuation of 2 billion and recently got series e funding. Base :$230 k plus 54k options. Position is remote. No 401k match , no bonus. I love Nordstrom’s wlb. I have been informed that wlb at the new company is not that bad either , it has a rating of 4.4 on glassdoor. What should i do ? I just had a second baby and have a 4 year old son too.
