Should it be a concern if the leader at the company I'm joining is leaving?

I found out that my would be bosses boss is leaving or looking to leave. My would be boss has no other directs. It's him and one other person that reports to the leader. This is at Apple. Do you think this is a concern? Overall, I'm told its stable there and the project should be fine or looking to grow.

If so, half of aws should leave. From L11 to L8, no level is the same.

Extremely high turnover rate I suppose.

Depends on the reason they’re leaving, doesn’t it? People leave for many reasons.

Nothing going to happen to Apple at least for next 10 years. So chill

You don’t need to worry about someone leaving. You do need to worry that you will be the only direct report of your manager.

How so? Yeah, I'd be his only report. He has no other reports so perhaps building a team?

Being the only direct report will naturally make it difficult to take time away, and can make it easy for a manager to turn into a micromanager because all their time is available to focus on you.
