I interviewed for a Software Engineer position at Siemens on Wednesday and I haven’t heard back from the recruiter yet. This was supposed to be the final round with the hiring manager. I know it’s been only two days and there could be several reasons why I haven’t heard back but I guess, I have been more anxious than usual after being laid off. I am wondering if people here have any experience or knowledge about how much time it generally takes for a recruiter at Siemens to get back to you. UPDATE: I never heard back from Siemens. It has been more than a month. I emailed the recruiter several times but didn't get any response. The application status on their job portal is still stuck in "In Process(Hiring Manager)". I would expect a company like Siemens to display a modicum of professionalism and communicate the outcome of the interview process at the least especially when a candidate has appeared for the final round of interview. Anyway, I have accepted an offer from another company and will be starting in 2-3 weeks. Current TC: 0 #siemens #interviewed
Same advice here too.. just wait , since they probably might be interviewing other candidates in parallel. Try following up with the recruiter or even the HM..
Thanks. I reached out to the recruiter and she said they are likely going to make a decision next week which pretty much aligns with the timeline of 2 weeks.
Good luck 👍
Hey @Siemens, can any of you please help refer me to Siemens, please? I’ve been laid off from Meta and looking for a new role. Life is really hard 🥺
Sure ..DM me
What roles you looking for ?
Talent acquisition partner. Thank you!
Siemens is a highly laid back company. When I was offered job, there was absolutely no update from anyone. 2 weeks after my final in-person interview, the manager himself (not the recruiter) called me to offer the job.
