Saw an opening at Siemens bay area office for senior backend engineer with 5yoe. What is the typical TC at this level? Current TC: $150 Yoe: 6
Avoid if youāre for TC.
Can they not even match my current? Iām interested in the work as itās something Iāve been looking for a while.
Whatās the job profile and division?
Would be doing good to match your current TC. +15% might be possible but would likely be a stretch. It would be all cash salary though. Siemens doesn't pay high, but QoL is fairly good - better than many.
Match will be possible or even a small increase: 10%-15%
