Signing bonuses
at what level in your career did you earn your first signing bonus? is there a way to ask for one for the first time? (i’m sure it’s different across career paths) im a Director and looking to move to VP level and wondering if there should be a signing bonus expectation

Have had them ever since first job out of college. Only in one instance over the past 6 full time jobs did they not include a signing bonus. Def ask for it. Usually it’s a result of a competing offer.
