Was offered 206k total compensation with Slack for a BDM role (product org) remote (Im based in Seattle). Base 160k, 15% bonus and 90k vesting over 4 years. This is L7 with Slack (owned by Salesforce). 11 years work experience, 6 years relevant work experience. Is this a good offer? Where does Slack/Salesforce have the most room in the offer (base or RSUs) to successfully negotiate?

Keep on mind that refreshers and more equity is not guaranteed. You should ask for more.
