Slalom Consulting comp for consultant role
Curious about comp at the Silicon Valley office. With 10+ years experience and MBA/MA degrees, what is an appropriate number I should expect? The broad range online says 115K-175K. Thanks for your suggestions/advice!

That range sounds accurate. We aren't structured like other firms. We are very flat so consultant range is large.

I had an offer from them years ago. Not a great data point to use, but the salary was competitive. The benefits were awful though. Not sure if that’s changed.
