Anyone do the pre-screen for this company? Heard it’s about engineering concepts and methodologies. How is it working there? #tech #slalom #interview
have a friend who works there and likes it - he’s a consultant though
Deal with Slalom consultants regularly, and they are awful. We've started recommending our clients don't use Slalom when they show any interest in involving a 3rd party.
What makes them awful?
Interested to hear why you think they are awful?
I went thru loop. Pre screen was an hour long basically going thru my knowledge on cloud, python and a few other technologies specific to projects i had done. It’s more about getting into what you know and what you’ve done @ work or projects. I also got a take home coding assignment. FYI. This was for a new grad role @ slalom build last summer. Experienced roles may be different
It’s a niche form of Accenture consulting
