Slalom Sr. Consultant (cloud) offer expectation
Can someone please tell me what should be the good offer for Sr. Consultant (cloud) in Slalom. YOE - 14 TC - below average #slalom

Slalom doesn't pay. They ran away when I asked 175k in Chicago.

130 to 140K base.
What kind of market will you be based out of? If you’re in HCoL your offer will probably be 150-165k base +10% annual bonus. Not bad for consulting but definitely less than tech for your YOE Slalom also tends to under level people I’ve noticed. Some consultants come in at Sr with 4-6 YOE, sometimes people will come in with 10+ interviewing for Principal but get offered Sr because their department may not have room for more principals.
