What’s a solution principal at Slalom compared to Big4?
My guess would be Manager - As Solution principal is the first level at Slalom where you would have people directly reporting to you But again being said that I believe the salary maps to a senior manager for a solution principal (higher end of the band)
So then a senior consultant sounds more like a manager. That’s why I was so confused because a senior consultant at slalom isn’t really a consultant. It’s more like a manager or architect
Typically sr manager to manager depending on the office/practice. It’s not 1:1 and every slalom office is a bit different. Next level would be director which I’ve seen to be the most similar to asc. Partner at mbb. Have only worked with mbb never with big 4.
Not sure, but I’m aware of the pay at slalom
