Anyone work in a pretty small team/company? How do you deal with tension that builds up between people over time? We're a really close-knit startup which feels really good sometimes but also can lead to some nasty feeling conflicts.
Been at a company with around 10 employees for 2 years. Haven't noticed any built up tension/conflicts.
