Thinking to apply but heard from a few that the culture is very toxic and there's deep rooted politics in every department, especially in Engineering. Is that true? They will say that they value different opinions but will cut you off if you don't agree with their ways. Please advise.
Your sources are beyond correct. They definitely will cut you off if you don't agree with their ways. Awful leaders here somehow finaagle their cronies and like-minded drones into other leadershipp positions and soon enough you have a hive of evil/corporate minded low lifes controlling the top stars/top performers and trying to keep them believing they aren't worth promotion.
Poll is spot on, about 80% don’t recommend rightly so. No more refreshers from this year.
Depends where you are. It’s fine on my team/org, it’s crappy on others. I haven’t personally experienced what others are describing here but keep in mind blind is where the disgruntled people are more likely to hang out
Disgruntled since the truth is out now?😉

I've been on medical accommodation and leave since March. I started working again this week. My performance review will be "lagging" unless I can fight it based on the accommodation they agreed to.
What is the impact of "lagging" performance?
