Smartsheet won’t match my current
Applied for technical project manager role in Smartsheet. Yesterday in the recruiter call she said can’t match my current comp of $130k base. Is Smartsheet not good at paying or I am eligible for senior now. Exp: 6yrs
If a co can’t at least match your current TC, then ask them to FO. Anyways they don’t have much of a future.
