Snap Games PM Comp
Curious on TC and Comp structure of PM at Snap and specifically in Snap Games. The geo is LA-Area. For SoCal top comp is mainly Amazon (including Ring) and Google. I know Snap for engineering comp is competitive but not sure about the PM side and specifically gaming (which is usually like 20%-40% cut). How much comp in stock? Honestly, as an investor I’m more bullish on AMZN snd GOOG than SNAP. Thanks! #snap #amazon #google #mobilegames

Fair question. Guess it comes to the comp structure. By bullish I meant stock appreciation upside. This can be overcame if the base salary is significant. For instance Amazon has a cap on base and the rest of the comp is just bonus and stock. Plus they factor in some aggressive stock appreciation in. Curious if SNAP is similar.
