Snap: How is the company doing?
No layoffs recently and financial results seem okay. I am hoping things are looking positive internally. Any exciting work in infra?

How do you know about their financials? Did you read them?
Company is doing great culturally and the last few quarters have been really positive. In regards to infra, lots of interesting work especially as we’re continuing to build out our service mesh
It’s going pretty well. The harder part is getting an offer.

Positive, but have to work
I got an offer from them but I turned it down. It was a tough decision. If I were not on H1B I would definitely join them. Great team and exceptional pay. My problem is that I'm not really into their product and since I work on infra most of my work would be mostly irrelevant to whether the company is gonna survive.
Have been here for over 3 years and the company hasn't felt more positive internally than it does now. My guess on what happens in 5 years is as good as yours though. Offers are very strong.
