Snap Promo Refreshers / NG Negotiating tips

Hey all, I got a Snap offer for new grad TC 178 (125+53 no guaranteed bonus). I was wondering if any of you have any negotiating tips (im a return intern with 1 year of experience as an intern and 1 year of experience working with a startup during college) as the offer is kinda low (I sound like an ass but Amazon and Microsoft are giving 200+) Also, the recruiter said the 53k stock is fixed for 3 years. If I get promoted before that will I not get additional stock till year 4? Thanks! #snap #snapchat
