Hey Folks, I got something to ask as I've just got an interview invitation from recruiter at Snap! However, the website it says it required 3+ YOE, but I only almost 2 years work experience in SDE (did not reach 2 year at least), what do you think I should prepare for that, should I expect system design? But I did not know anything about SD. Appreciate any advice for my interview prep, as I just got laid off. Thank you all! #snap #interview #phoneinterviewquestions #sde
For phone screen just be prepared to talk about work history and what you contributed and be able to solve a LC problem.
I was asked some modification of a hard graph. Don't remember the exact question though
May I know your YOE? I am still seen myself as a junior, since the role reqiured 3+ YOE and that's the only one minimum qualifications, and preferrend qualifications was 4+ YOE, I feel like this isn't a entry level role, so it makes me feeling confused.
Yeah I have 2.5 yoe and mine was something similar too ...
Interviews at Snap literally come down to what the interviewer wants to ask you. Could be hard or easy. But always be prepared to answer behavioral and technical questions within every interview
Is there a question bank at Snap for all the LC hards ? I can't imagine Snap engineers maintaining a question bank as huge as Google's question bank.
