I read the benefits page of Snap and they seem pretty generous in terms of offered support for their employees. Question for the Snappers: in your experience, do Snap's benefits differ a lot between US and non -US employees? I'm particularly curious about how retirement plans are managed outside the US. Also, on Blind I noticed people talking about unlimited vacation days @ #Snap, but during interviews I got some ques that they're limited to vacation day standards in your own country (I'm in Europe myself).

It is not possible to offer unlimited vacation days in Europe as your governments regulate minimum number (which implies finite)
Bullshit. Palantir in Europe has unlimited vacation in every office, no problems what so ever. Yes you need to report when you are taking vacations but that just because governments require to provide that information to make sure you are taking the minimum number of days per year required by law.
I guess it is technically possible to organize, but important part of the unlimited vacation is that it is zero maintenance for the company. Didn't know about Palantir. Thank you for sharing. Do you mind sharing which country it is also?
