Saw a bunch of recruiters get laid off. What's going on at Snap?
Guess they got “snapped” out of a job
Does no one know that recruiting scales up and down every quarter depending on need? I swear it’s been like this for decades in tech but people are acting like it’s some brand new thing now and they need to run to Twitter and LinkedIn with huge “yes I am affected” posts.
In good times they would find jobs quickly. But not now.
I have not heard about any layoffs
I have bi weekly meetings with a couple recruiters and have not heard anything.
I thought uber just laid off a bunch of recruiters
Yes. But just now saw a Snap recruiter get laid off
Is it just one or a bunch? I’m a bit newer but I haven’t seen or heard anything about another layoff.
