This is just most of tech. It’s a fucking disease and hardly anyone of any importance in most companies are doing anything real about it.
I know a female and black former intern on snap who got hired as a SWE and she didn’t have to write a single line of code for her internship as they asked her to do PM stuff. She was really upset because of it and didn’t return despite getting a return offer...
As long as Spiegel is in charge, Snap is fucked. And he’ll be running the company until it runs out of money, so draw your own conclusions
