How long does it usually take to get the result? I felt good about my interviews but it’s been about 2 weeks and I have not heard back. Followed up once but no response.
Got mine same day
+1
Normally you should have it by now but I've seen once where it took almost a month because the specific opening was filled but the candidate had good feedback and they were looking for a new open role for him.
I was interviewed for a generic backend position, not a specific team. Do you think it may be lack of headcount?
Probably, we don't have a ton of headcount right now even in core teams
No, it might be them considering where you fit or, less likely, a lazy recruiter that is not doing their job right.
Depends on availability of panel
Tell them you have another offer and they need to tell you.
Any risk to this?
No?
I heard back within a couple days. My recruiter was really quick at responding throughout the entire process. Sorry you are dealing with this. Some recruiters are really bad at their job.
