I had an offer from them right before the IPO when they were still quoting a higher share price to value the RSUs. They wouldn't budge even after the IPO happened. Not sure if they've improved stock comp since.

Snap last raised money at a $20bn evaluation and is going to IPO between $18.5bn and $22bn. I don't think it matters that stock price for private round was $30 and now is $14-$16.
