Snap team match

Recently received a verbal positive on onsite from recruiter last week. The recruiter said that he’ll have an update on interested teams within next 2-3 days. I emailed today but didn’t get a response back. I have other offers lined up which I need to respond to in next 3-4 days. 1) How long does it take on average for recruiter to come back with teams? And then get matched? Whats the avg timeline like? 2) He didn’t tell me my numbers, are numbers only discussed once team matched?
