Snowflake or Netflix
Current TC:$225k ish Have two offers both at L4 from Netflix and Snowflake and both at $320k TC what's the better company to join for someone with 5 years of experience? Netflix is remote, Snowflake is hybrid 2 days in office. Would be joining billing orgs for both places.

How was the interview for Netflix?
Netflix for sure. Get brand value
If a company thinks a Netflix "brand" is better (or worse) than Snowflake, run from that company. Netflix impresses your drinking buddies. But to real companies, both are going to get you the exact same opportunities in the future.
Ehh perhaps but recruiters are often seduced by shinier names and may have an unrecognized bias for a company like Netflix
