Considering the extremely high number of applicants for Google Zurich software engineering positions, what kind of profile or how many years of experience would make a recruiter want to at least make a screening phone call? Assuming that an applicant does not require sponsorship and is based in Switzerland. Also, is frequent applying seen negatively by Google Zurich recruiters? TC ~125k when converted to usd

I'm not sure about other points, but I can say that Google doesn't care much about the relocation of candidates (unless it's US). They just need good quality engineers who are good at DP/Graph/Trees/Recursion.
Thanks ! Yes, the relocation was just a side note, maybe a redundant one. I am mostly wondering about the screening bar, ie what it takes to at least get the first call.
