Back in the day I just put “intern, company name” on my resume and described the work using bullets. I don’t think title really matters, company and the work done are what hiring managers will see.

If you’re actively looking, put that in the headline. When recruiters search for intel engineers, they’ll see headlines in the results “Ex Intel intern seeking full time”
