I think there’s a lot of trolling but also a lot of useful data. Sure, some people make up their TC here. If you look past the toxicity, and read about people’s success, you can create your own confidence to negotiate from a strong position. And now I’m over 200k TC. Not the highest you’d see here, but certainly higher than I’d be without Blind.

^^This^^ Agreed, just started with Blind few months ago myself. With the information and help here I was able to change jobs and increase my TC from 90k to 200k. I’m happy with it 😁
I liked this comment: "Selection bias. The good employees take one look at the Blind conversations and delete it from their phones. You’re only seeing the toxic people congregating in one spot." Spot on!
