SpaceX offer for EHS Engineer
I have received a verbal offer and am going through background and reference checks now. What can I expect in terms of salary and TC? I have 10 years of experience in this field and am Sr. level with supervisor responsibility currently. I would really need to see a salary of 130k to be able to make the move down to SoCal work financially. Is that feasible? #spacex #offer #offers #companysalaries #compensation

You can try to squeeze a sign on bonus of 5 -10k. Doubt you will keep your Sr. title or get 130k. Good luck and be glad your not working EHS at one of the launch/recovery sites.

I'm totally guessing here (based off what I've seen for non-technical roles), but I'd say around 115 base and 160 stock over 5 years.
Does SpaceX have wiggle room on compensation, or are they fairly tight with their offers?
Yeah they do, especially on the equity side. Depends how bad the team wants you/how well you interview.
