Are personal projects important once you got the interviews? Do interviewers take a look at your Github before the interview, could it bias them in a good way? Is it weird if you have no Github or portfolio/website on your resume? Or could this make you fail in HC or the team matching process (when there is one)? TC: european YoE: 1
No one cares about GitHub unless you literally have no job experience
Github profile is overrated
If you already have enough work exp to get interviews, the main thing that will realistically prevent you from getting jobs is not doing well on the actual interviews. So unless you feel like you're lacking in exp, you can just do like 5000 leetcodes and not worry about anything else
No one gives a flying fuck about your GitHub. All people want are leetcode monkeys so just download the DB of all possible solutions to your brain and you're ready to go
Focusing on one is good, focusing on both is better, set aside some time for github and some time for leetcode, 2 hours of each everyday shouldnt be too much
