Seriously guys, anybody thinking of dropping weight?? Go for spin class 3-4 times a week and watch your diet. I’ve lost 14 pounds in 9 weeks and in a very sustainable way. I’ve done crash diets before and lost weight but I can’t see myself doing it long time. I love spinning! Good luck and happy new year everybody!

I did OTF and found good results there. Great muscle growth too, though because of the format you can’t focus on one area (Cept your butt. Your butt gets a workout every class)

No idea. I’m working on a target weight instead of a target BMI
For context, I’m 5’10 and weighed 202 lbs 2 months ago. I’m down to 189 lbs as of this morning. Shooting for low 160 lbs and maintain from there now.
